Pulse Lockbox eliminates manual keying of customer remittances. It imports your bank’s lockbox or cash-receipt file — as well as remittance files from Amazon, Shopify, Wayfair and other sources — and automatically matches each receipt to unpaid customer invoices in your Macola® accounts receivable.
The software is careful before it posts anything. It detects partial payments, duplicate payments and incorrect invoice numbers; when a receipt cannot be matched, convenient drop-down menus let you select the correct customer and invoice. You review the whole batch — every receipt matched and balanced against A/R — before posting to Macola®.
Pulse Lockbox works with Macola® Progression and ES, can be customized to your remittance formats, and includes unlimited training and phone support. A companion product, Pulse Web Payments, automatically imports individual customer payments from Amazon, Shopify and similar sites into Macola®.
